Factory Introduction
The production workshop is designed in a standardized dust-free zone with controlled temperature and humidity. It covers over 70,000.00 square meters, and is equipped with world-class fabrication facilities, such as Swiss CNC machining centers, Japanese turn-mill compound machining centers, German CNC grinding machines, Japanese Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines, flip-type inflation equipment, fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines, and advanced assembly lines. Our R&D center is equipped with a technologically advanced environmental simulation laboratory for automotive electric air conditioning systems to meet the production quality and testing accuracy.
The current number of employees is 400, including 50 designers and engineers. Annual production capacity of the parking cooler is 800,000.00 pieces. That is 2000 pieces per day.
